Spend an afternoon learning to make pasta from one of the best. A perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate team-building, or for an avid pasta lover.
Each class is a custom tailored experience - focusing on any series of pasta shapes, dough making, color variations, or traditional cooking techniques you are interested in learning more about. Ranging from the basics to the more advanced shapes and disciplines. Colored doughs, stripes, designs, or more traditional Italian shapes and doughs are all great options to choose from.
The 2-3 hour virtual lesson includes a demonstration on cooking the pasta created with a variety of options to choose from.

Cannabis Pairing
Wine isn’t the only thing that pairs well with food.
The terpenes, volatile flavor and aromatic compounds found in wine, can also be found in cannabis - making it an ideal accompaniment to great food and friends.
Chef Joe fills a unique niche in an ever evolving culinary landscape. Having a professional pedigree in two and three Michelin-Starred kitchens AND and in-depth knowledge, understanding, and passion for the cannabis flower - he and his team are able to curate one-of-a-kind culinary experiences pairing the two together.
“To me the food will always come first and be the focus, and cannabis is in turn another ingredient used to highlight and enhance the food, the people, and dishes being served – not the other way around.” – Chef Sasto
Chef Joe’s traveling underground cannabis pop-ups have been featured in Kitchen Toke, Boston Magazine, LA Weekly, Sensei Magazine.
