Loved this...the best (in person or online) class I’ve ever taken. It was so interactive and fun. It gave me so much confidence! My foodie family loved the finished dish. Made for a great, joyous family dinner. He’s a wonderful Chef and teacher. I can’t wait to take another one of his classes.

Choose from a variety of sauce options to finish your class. Some of the most popular include:

  • Cacio e Pepe

  • Sasto Family Marinara

  • Carbonara

Chef Joe Sasto has done it again! Excellent class. Lovely meal (easily accessible ingredients for the home cook!) with excellent instruction. Lots of culinary education presented with humor and professional insight. You’re never just “following a recipe” with him. Highly recommend!

I came away with a lot of knowledge I’ll be able to apply in my kitchen moving forward. Joe is engaging, friendly, and clearly extremely passionate about his craft. Thank you for sharing your talents and stories with all of us. I highly recommend taking his class! An incredible value.

It’s about the “Why’s” not the “How’s”…

…Chef Joe takes a unique approach and philosophy to teaching. Understanding the why's and how's of a recipe are far more important than a list of amounts and ingredients.

A recipe is merely a road map, passed from one cook to the next. What makes a recipe special is the personal touch that each cook imprints on it to make it their own. Having the knowledge of "why" you do something, instead of just reading a recipe card will give you the confidence and skills to carve your own path in the kitchen.

At the end of the lesson, you will feel confident enough to take this recipe and put your own touches on it, truly making it your own.

We took this class to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We wanted a unique experience in the midst of the quarantine and Chef Joe delivered! We had the best time. We’d highly recommend it to friends and family. The recipes are great, but the explanations and techniques are the real value here. You’d be happy to get this in a cookbook, but it’s so much better to have the live experience with Chef Joe. ...an amazing host!

Food has power…

It has the power to not only create and evoke memories and happiness, it has the power to bring people together. Even when we are far apart, it is FOOD that still connects us all.
